Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalised orders

Message me directly if you are interested in having a custom stamp carved. Depending on the complexity of what you need, I may request images/sketches/reference material. When I understand the parameters of the job, I will give you a quote and provide you with a time-to-carve estimate.

Care instructions

Hand carved rubber stamps are easy to maintain. They will last for years with minimal care.

They can be washed with mild soap using a soft toothbrush or nail brush to gently clean the surface.

If you use your stamps with standard ink stamp pads, you may find you need do no more than "off-stamp" any excess ink onto a scrap piece of paper or rub the stamp surface with a damp cloth.

If your stamp is mounted on a block of wood, do not leave it soaking in water.

If you use your stamp with acrylic paints, make sure to wash it gently and thoroughly BEFORE the paint dries on it.
